摘要
目的优选肾康灵胶囊的最佳辅料与制剂成型的工艺。方法采用吸湿率、休止角、临界相对湿度等为评价,筛选最佳辅料,并确定囊壳及装量。结果肾康灵胶囊浸膏粉与乳糖的最佳比例为1∶1,采用0号空心胶囊,每粒装量0.5g,临界相对湿度为70%。结论本成型工艺合理可行,为医院制剂生产提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the best excipient and formation technologies of Shenkangling capsules. METHODS With the hygroscopicity,angle of repose,critical relative humidity as index,the suitable excipients were selected and the type and filling capacity of capsules was chosen. RESULTS The optimal proportion of Shenkangling capsules extract powder and lactose was 1∶ 1,capsule 0,capsule weight of 0. 5 g,critical relative humidity of 70%. CONCLUSION The formulation technology is reasonble and feasible,and can provide reliable basis for hospital preparations.
