摘要 目的利用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)法对注射用盐酸四环素进行定量分析。方法利用便携式拉曼光谱仪测量盐酸四环素注射液的拉曼特征峰,并对峰位进行了归属和指认。结果盐酸四环素的拉曼特征峰主要位于1278、1311、1450、1617cm-1。建立了盐酸四环素SERS特征峰强与浓度的函数关系,通过线性拟合,得到拟合方程:y=191.95x-4842,R2=0.9976,进而为盐酸四环素的定量分析奠定基础。结论ERS具有快速、简便、准确等优点,有望在注射用盐酸四环素的鉴定和检测中使用。 OBJECTIVE To establish a surface-enhanced Raman scattering( SERS) method for the quantitative analysis of tetracycline hydrochloridefor injection. METHODS The experimental Raman spectrum of tetracycline hydrochlorid injection was detected using a portable Raman spectrometer and the Raman characteristic peaks of tetracycline hydrochloride have been assigned. RESULTS The Raman peaks of tetracycline hydrochloride are located at1278,1311,1450 and 1617 cm-1. A good linear relationship was obtained between the SERS intensity and the concentration of tetracycline hydrochloride in water. The curve equation y = 191. 95 x-4842 with a square of the correlation coefficient as 0. 9976 at 1617 cm-1 was obtained through linear fitting,which demonstrates a good foundation for the quantitative analysis. CONCLUSION The method of SERS is rapid,simple and accurate,thus it is expected to be used in the identification and detection of tetracycline hydrochloride for injection.
