ICP-MS Method for Determination of 16 Kinds of Rare Earth Elements in Plant Health Products

摘要 目的建立微波消解前处理,ICP-MS法测定植物性保健品十六种稀土元素的方法。方法以HNO3为消解溶剂,微波消解仪进行消解,选择最佳ICP-MS仪器方法进行测定。结果所测稀土元素,在0~20μg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,检出限在0.02~2.2μg·kg-1,回收率为86.5%~104.9%,相对标准偏差<10.0%。结论微波消解ICP-MS法测定植物性保健品,方法准确性好,灵敏度高。 OBJECTIVE Establish microwave pretreatment,ICP-MS method for determination of plant health products of 16 kinds of rare earth elements method. METHODS Using HNO3 as digestion solvent,microwave digestion instrument is described,to choose the best method for measuring instrument. RESULTS The test of rare earth elements presented good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 20μg·L-1,the detection limit was 0. 02 ~ 2. 2μg·kg-1,recovery rate was 86. 5% ~ 104. 9%,relative standard deviation was 10. 0%. CONCLUSION Microwave digestion ICP-MS method for the determination of plant health products is good accuracy and high sensitivity.
