摘要 小电流接地系统发生单相接地故障后,可以带故障继续运行一段时间,故障恢复过程可以实现避免部分负荷短时停电,有别于短路故障情况下的网络重构。文中提出了考虑分布式电源的故障恢复策略,优先考虑利用分布式电源为非故障区段负荷供电;考虑利用与故障线路处于同一段母线的其他分支线路供电;考虑利用其他电源线路供电。结果表明,利用二进制粒子群算法进行优化计算,在保证不停电故障恢复负荷最大的同时,减少开关的动作次数。 Small current grounding system can continue to run with fault for some time after a single-phase-to-ground fault, so the fault recovery process can avoid short-term power failure of partial load, which is different from the network reconfiguration in the case of short circuit fault. This paper proposes a fault restoration strategy considering the distributed generation, giving priority to the use of distributed power supply for non-fault zone load. In addition, the paper considers the use of the other branch line in the same bus with the fault line as power supply. Huangshan Power Supply Company, Finally, the paper considers using other power lines as power supply. The binary particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the calculation, and the number of actions of the switch is reduced while the no-power-failure restoration load reaches the maximum. The example shows that the method proposed meets the practical requirements.
