摘要
通过对铝污泥对磷的吸附动力学特征、吸附等温特征及影响吸附的主要因素的研究,得出铝污泥对水中磷的吸附特征符合Langmuir和Freundlich方程,其中Langmuir方程拟合效果较佳,最大饱和吸附量为1.3194 mg/g;吸附动力学表明:准2级动力学拟合效果较好(R2>0.98)。在4种影响因素中,铝污泥粒径影响最大,在粒径<0.15 mm、温度为30℃、p H为7、转速120 r/min时,吸附量最大,为1.28270 g/L。影响铝污泥吸附磷的因素由大到小依次为:铝污泥粒径、转速、溶液pH、温度。
The kinetics characteristics,isothermality and main influencing factors of phosphorus adsorption by aluminum sludge were studied. It was obtained that: the adsorption of aluminum sludge to phosphorus in water accorded with Langmuir equation and Freundlich equation; Langmuir equation had better simulative effects,and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 1.3194 mg/g. The result of adsorption kinetics indicated that the granted second-order kinetics had a better simulative effect( R^2 〉0.98). Among 4 factors,the particle size of aluminum sludge had the greatest influence on the phosphorus adsorption,followed by the rotate speed,p H-value of solution,and temperature in order. When the particle size of aluminum sludge was less than 0.15 mm,the temperature was 30 ℃,the pH-value of solution was 7,and the rotate speed was 120 r/min,the phosphorus adsorption capacity was the highest,being 1.28270 g/L.
