摘要 文化在彰显综合国力和国际话语权中的作用愈加凸显。着眼于有效促进文化发展和文化推广,本文提出了文化的有形类、无形类和创意类范畴。有形类和无形类是在民族历史中沉淀下来的、富含民族元素的物质财富和精神财富。文化推广涵盖文化推广理论研究和文化产业发展,核心任务是不断推动优秀中华文化走出国门,持续增强中华文化的国际影响力。文化产业在很大程度上是创意类文化在有形类和无形类文化资源的基础上,对电影、电视、动漫、广播、唱片、出版、游戏软件、社会文化活动、文化设施、观光旅游、艺术设计等进行的文化加工或者组织实施。文化发展和文化推广在繁荣文化事业中相互促进:文化发展是文化推广的基础和保障,反过来文化推广又极大地促进文化发展。实施文化强国战略,加快中华民族全面复兴的步伐,把文化工作谋划好、实施好、掌控好,已经成为一项紧迫任务。 The role of culture in highlighting the comprehensive national strength and international discourse has become more and more prominent. In order to promote cultural development and cultural promotion effectively,this paper puts forward the tangible,intangible and creative category of culture. Tangible and intangible are precipitated,as material and spiritual wealth featuring ethnic elements,from the elutriation of national history. Culture promotion covers theoretical researches of culture promotion and practical development of cultural industries,of which the core task is to keep promoting abroad excellent Chinese culture and enhancing the international influential power in question. Cultural industries are largely cultural manipulation or organization and implementation,with the creative category based on the cultural resources of the tangible and intangible categories,of films,TV plays,animations,broadcasting,music,publications,game soft wares,social and cultural activities,sports and games,cultural facilities,tourism and art design,etc. Actually cultural development and culture promotion mutually enhance each other in prospering cultural undertakings,the former being the basis and guarantee of the latter and the latter greatly contributing to the former. Culture promotion lags somewhat behind in China,lack of innovative theories abreast of the? times and developmental system of cultural industries in line with China's national conditions. Sound planning,implementation and management around the three categories of culture have become the pragmatic efforts as an urgent task in implementing culture-power-strategy for a stronger China and quickening the pace of overall revitalization of the Chinese nation.
