Research on Urban Elderly Participation in Community Governance in the Background of Population Aging

以十八届三中全会和五中全会"创新社会治理"精神为指导,对老年人参与社区治理的模式进行阐述,对老年人参与社区治理存在的问题进行全面的分析,对老年人家庭状况、社区认同、社会资本、政治素养、公共精神、社会关注导向等影响老年人参与社区治理的因素展开了分析,并对完善老年人参与社区治理机制提出相应的对策。

Guided by the spirit of'innovative social governance'at the Third and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 18 th Central Committee,this paper elaborates the model of the elderly participating in community governance,makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the community governance of the elderly and the factors such as family status,community identity,social capital,political literacy,public spirit and orientation of social concern that influence the participation of the elderly in community governance.In the end,some countermeasures are put forward to improve the mechanism of the elderly participating in the community governance.
