清末养民思想文献研究

Literature Research on the Thought of Supporting the People in the Late Qing Dynasty

目前,学术界对清末养民思想的研究还远远不够。兴农养民作为古代养民思想的沿承,在清末仍然存在,并得到了一定的重视。清末养民重在救贫而非富民,从这个层面上则反映出清末社会的凋敝、民生的艰辛。设厂养民是清末养民思想的亮点,民间与政府对设厂养民主张,达成了共识,这都与晚清洋务运动的兴起及西方科技的影响有关。

The research on the thought of supporting the people in the late Qing Dynasty is not enough. Supporting the people by developing agriculture,as the ancient culture,still existed in the late Qing Dynasty and get some attention. At the end of the Qing Dynasty,supporting the people focused on saving the poor rather than enriching the people. Setting up factories to support the people is the highlight,and the people and the government have reached a consensus,which is related to the rise of Westernization Movement and the influence of Western science and technology in the late Qing Dynasty.
