前坪水库工程档案管理系统的构建

The Informatization of Archives Management System of Qianping Reservoir

前坪水库工程在建设过程中积累了大量的档案信息资料。为了规范管理这些档案,更好地体现其价值,河南省开封水文水资源勘测局对档案资料进行了细致的归类与整理,建立了现代化的档案管理制度,开发了前坪水库工程档案管理系统,设计了文件档案的管理、档案资料的收集整编、档案全过程管理和档案系统的开发利用等功能模块,实现了前坪水库档案管理的信息化,使档案管理水平得到了全面提升。

Multiple archives information has been accumulated in the construction of Qianping Reservoir. To regulate and manage these archives,as well as preferably realize their value,archival information has been collected and collated in detail,modern archives system established,and the project archives management system constructed. Meanwhile,the corresponding functional modules have been designed,including management of document archives,collection and collation of archives information,the whole process management of archives,and exploitation and utilization of archives system. The archives management informatization has been realized,and the level of archives management has been improved.
