摘要
职称评审作为高等学校人事管理工作中的重要组成部分,其对高等学校师资队伍建设和高等学校整体水平的提高有着很重要的作用。但现行职称评审制度在实施多年后逐渐暴露出一些问题,严重影响了我国高等教育的发展。文章从职称评审机制、职称评审条件、评审职称之后的管理、评审职称之后的激励等四个方面对现行职称评审制度中存在的主要问题进行了分析并针对这些问题提出了整改措施和建议。
Professional title evaluation as an important part of the personnel management of universities,has a very important role in the construction of teaching staff and the improvement of the overall level of universities.But the current professional title evaluation system after the implementation of many years gradually exposed some problems,seriously affected the development of higher education in china.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current professional title evaluation system from several aspects such as the evaluation mechanism,the evaluation conditions,the management after the evaluation,and the incentive after the evaluation,then puts forward the improvement measures and suggestions to solve these problems.
