在习近平的话语体系里,"理想信念"都不是指一般的理想信念,而是指崇高的理想信念,即马克思主义的理想信念。党的十八大以来,习近平在新形势下我国面临的复杂世情、国情、党情背景下,提出了诸多深刻论断。"理想信念就是共产党人精神上的‘钙’"就是其中之一。在这个论断里,习近平把崇高的理想信念比喻为共产党人精神上的钙,揭示了崇高的理想信念对共产党人的极端重要性;该论断也深刻说明,崇高的理想信念是共产党人精神强健的最关键的元素,也是共产党人经受住任何考验的精神支柱。该论断丰富的内涵和精神实质对我国党的建设有着深刻启示:应把关注党员的精神状况作为党的建设日常的基础性的工作来抓,用马克思主义理想信念,使广大党员精神强大起来;党的建设应着重抓好党员的理想信念教育工作,引导他们确立共产主义的远大理想和马克思主义的坚定信念;应把强固党员理想信念作为党的建设的重要目的,让崇高的理想信念在党员心中牢牢扎根。

In Xi Jinping＇s discourse system, ＂ideal and faith＂ do not refer to general ideals and beliefs, but to lofty ideals and beliefs, that is , ideal and conviction ol Marxism. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Xi Jin-ping has put forward many profound conclusions under the complex world affairs, national conditions and Party conditions and the fact that China is facing the new situation. In the Judgment, Xi Jinping compared the lofty i-deals and beliefs to the spiritual “ calcium” of the Communists and revealed the extreme importance of lofty ide-als and beliefs to the Communists. It also profoundly shows that lofty ideals and beliefs are the most crucial ele-ment for communists with strong spirit and it is also the spiritual prop that the Communists have for enduring any test. The rich connotation and spiritual essence have profound enlightenment on party building in our country. We should attach great importance to the spiritual conditions of party members, and see it as a daily basic work for party building and make the spirit of the majority of party members more powerful by using the ideal and con-viction of Marxism. The party building should focus on the ideological and conviction education of party members and guide them in establishing the lofty ideal of communism and the firm belief in Marxism. They should regard the firm conviction and belief of the party members as the important goal of the party’s construction and let lofty ideals and beliefs firmly rooted in the party members Heart.
