Since the 18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping made a series ol important spee-ches on the socialist road with Chinese characteristics, the Chinese dream, reform and opening up, hard work and prosperousness, mass line, anti-corruption and advocacy ol integrity, including governing the military, reform and development, internal affairs and diplomacy and defense. He profoundly expounded on a series ol major theoretical and practical issues concerning the persistence and development ol socialism with Chinese characteristics under the new historical conditions and formed a series of new important thoughts,important points of view,major judgments and major initiatives and constitutes the new ideas, new ideas and new strategies governing state affairs and admin- istration,which are the latest achievements of contemporary Chinese Marxism. To master the essence and essence of the series of important speeches, we must understand and grasp the views, positions and methods of the series of important speeches. It is rich in content and deep in thought. It is necessary to systematically grasp its entire system. To profoundly study and understand the essence and spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech, we must accurately grasp the position of the series of important speeches, profoundly understand the values of the national interests embodied in the important speech made by the General Secretary, and regard people and practice as the center.
