骨盆骨折微创手术中椎弓根钉棒系统的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨骨盆骨折微创手术中椎弓根钉棒系统的应用研究。方法:选取骨科治疗的60例单纯骨盆骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组采用开放性手术钢板固定治疗,观察组采用微创手术椎弓根钉棒系统治疗,比较两组患者的复位效果、各项手术指标、并发症发生率、骨盆功能恢复情况。结果:观察组术后Matta标准中骨折复位优良率93.33%,明显高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度、住院时间、骨折愈合时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后切口感染、钉道感染、下肢深静脉血栓、骨折延迟愈合、内固定松动/断裂率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后Majeed功能评分中,疼痛、站立、就坐、工作、性生活评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨盆骨折微创手术中椎弓根钉棒系统的应用效果显著,有利于恢复骨盆稳定性,加快骨折愈合速度,提升骨折愈合效果,具有积极的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the application of pedicle screw and rod system in minimally invasive surgery for pelvic fractures. Method The department of orthopedics for treatment of 60 cases of pelvic fractures were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with open surgery fixation,the observation group treated with minimally invasive pedicle screw system in the treatment,compared two groups of patients with reduction effect,the operation indexes,complication rate,pelvic function recovery. Results The patients in the observation group Matta standard fracture reduction and the excellent rate of93. 33%,significantly higher than the control group 80%,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); Observation group operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,incision length,fracture healing time compared with control group( P〈0. 05) the observation group; postoperative incision infection,nail tract infection,deep venous thrombosis,delayed healing of fracture and internal fixation loosening/breakage rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05);score function of Majeed patients in the observation group,pain,standing,sitting,and sexual life was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The application of pedicle screw rod system in pelvic fracture minimally invasive surgery is effective,it is beneficial to restore pelvic stability,accelerate the healing speed of fracture and promote the healing effect of fracture,and has positive clinical significance.
