雌激素与GnRHa联用治疗对子宫内膜异位症卵巢功能的影响分析

Effects of estrogen and GnRHa combination therapy on ovarian function in endometriosis

目的:探讨雌激素与GnRHa(促性腺激素释放激素激动剂)联用治疗对子宫内膜异位症卵巢功能的影响。方法:选择66例子宫内膜异位症术后患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗,观察组同时给予雌激素治疗。观察组两组卵巢功能改变情况,记录复发和妊娠情况。结果:观察组和对照组治疗后卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇分别本组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后雌二醇水平高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率、妊娠率和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雌激素与GnRHa联用治疗改善子宫内膜异位症卵巢功能效果显著,减少不良反应,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the effects of estrogen and GnRHa（ gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist） on ovarian function in endometriosis. Method 66 patients with postoperative endometriosis from outpatient treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups were treated with surgery,the two groups were treated with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist,and the observation group was given estrogen treatment. The changes of ovarian function were observed in the two groups,and the recurrence and pregnancy were recorded. Results The level of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,estradiol in the observation group and the control group after treatment were compared with those in this groups respectively before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）;The estradiol level in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The recurrence rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Estrogen combined with GnRHa can improve the ovarian function of endometriosis,and which can reduce the adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.
