The principles, applicable occasion and attentions of oxygen analyzing method in gas were summarized. The component principles and technology parameters of different oxygen analysis meters were represented in detail. With the current situation of assay mission, the problems existed in different oxygen analysis meters and the key point of progress inthe future was generalized.
