摘要 基于REGEN3.3软件开展了百赫兹脉冲管制冷机回热器冷端相位特性、运行参数和结构尺寸之间耦合关系及其对回热器最优效率影响的系统研究,结果表明:运行参数、冷端相位角与回热器最优的结构尺寸值弱相关,冷端压比与回热器最优的结构尺寸值强相关;冷端相位特性与回热器最优效率值强相关;在较优的结构尺寸下,充气压力对于效率的影响较小,频率相对较低时,回热器效率更高。最后基于研究结果总结了综合考虑调相结构调相能力的百赫兹脉冲管制冷机回热器设计方法。 The coupling relationship between the phase characteristics at the cold end, the operating parameters and the structure size of the regenerator and the influence of them on the optimum efficiency of the regenerator were studied based on the software REGEN3. 3. The results show that the optimum structure size of the regenerator has weakly correlation with the operating parameters and the phase angle between the mass flow and the pressure at the cold end of the regenerator and strong-ly correlation with the pressure ratio at the cold end of the regenerator. The phase characteristic at the cold end have a signifi-cant impact on the optimum efficiency of the regenerator, the charging pressure has less effect on efficiency of the regenerator and the optimum efficiency is higher at a relatively lower frequency with the optimum structure size of the regenerator. Final-ly, the design method of regenerator for 100 Hz pulse tube cryocooler based on the research results is summarized.
