摘要
本文采用血凝与血凝抑制试验对我县某养鸡场饲养的藏鸡进行了鸡新城疫和禽流感免疫抗体检测,其结果为:1.鸡新城疫免疫抗体群体合格率为零、禽流感免疫抗体群体合格率为21.4%;2."两病"免疫抗体合格率达不到农业部规定的≥70%以上,表明"两病"的免疫抗体效果差,不具有保护力,存在发生疫病的风险;3.建议该养鸡场对所有存栏鸡进行鸡新城疫和禽流感免疫注射,使其产生强的免疫力。
The immune antibody detection of Jixingcheng epidemic and avian flu in Tibetan chicken were implemented by blood clot and inhibition of coagulation The results showed that the qualified rate of population immune antibody for Jixingcheng epidemic and avian flu is zero and 21.4% respectively.The qualified rate of immune antibody of＂two diseases＂is less than 70%,which indicates that the immune antibody of＂two diseases＂has poor effect.It is recommended that immune vaccines for Jixingcheng epidemic and avian flu should be implemented.
