芜湖市城市土地利用综合效益耦合分析

Evaluation of Urban Land Use Benefits in Wuhu Based on the Coupling Analysis of Socio-economic and Eco-environmental Benefits

基于社会经济与生态环境视角,采用耦合协调度模型,对芜湖市2000-2015年城市土地利用综合效益进行分析.研究结果表明:(1)2000-2015年芜湖市城市土地利用社会经济和生态环境效益耦合协调度呈上升态势,但程度不高;(2)经济发展相对超前,环境保护相对滞后,社会经济系统已出现对生态环境系统的限制作用;(3)两大效益耦合协调发展波动性强,芜湖市城市土地利用有待进一步完善.今后芜湖市应正确应对建设与生态的齐头并进,以可持续发展为目标,在发展社会经济的同时,注重经济结构的优化和循环经济的创新.

Based on the social economy and ecology environment,the coupling benefit model was used to evaluate the urban land use efficiency of Wuhu from 2000 to 2015. The results show that：（ 1） The coupling and coordination degree of urban land use social economy benefits and ecology environment benefits in Wuhu from 2000 to 2015 is increasing,but the degree is not high.（ 2） Economic development is relatively advanced,environmental protection is lagging behind,and the socioeconomic sub-system has shown a coercive effect on the ecological environment subsystem.（ 3） The coupling and coordinated development of the two benefits has strong volatility,and urban land use efficiency should be further improved in Wuhu. Wuhu should take sustainable development as the goal and treat the co-development of construction and ecology correctly in the future and,pay attention to the optimization of economic structure and circular economy innovation in the process of developing social economy.
