精准供给背景下大学生创新创业能力提升策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Enhancing College Students' Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability under the Background of Targeted Supply

近年来,经济领域的供给侧改革在一定程度上影响着教育发展,教育供给侧改革同样势在必行."精准供给"是现今教育改革提出的核心任务,实现大学生创新创业的精准供给具有深远的现实意义.当前,大学生创新创业热情高涨,不少毕业生加入创新创业大潮.然而高等院校培养模式相对单一,教师普遍缺乏创业经验,对培养学生的创新创业能力缺乏重视.针对这些问题并结合精准供给背景,提出了政府加大重视程度,完善大学生职业价值取向引导机制,尝试多元化创新创业教学模式,开辟创新创业新路径,塑造新型大学生创新创业模式等大学生创新创业能力提升策略.

In recent years,the supply-side reform in economic field has,to a certain extent,affected the development of education.Supply-side reform in education becomes a more imperative task. As a core task of modern education reform,＂targeted supply＂is of great and far-reaching significance for the targeted supply of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. At present,college students are enthusiastic about innovation and entrepreneurship,and a large number of graduates have dedicated themselves into this wave. However,colleges and universities do not have diverse cultivating modes,teaching staff generally lack entrepreneurial experiences,and they do not pay attention to cultivate students＇ innovative entrepreneurial ability. In view of these problems and the background of targeted supply,it is suggested that more attention should be paid to this issue by the government,guiding mechanism of college students＇ career value orientation be improved and diversified teaching method of innovation and entrepreneurship be employed.Other strategies of enhancing college students＇ ability in this regard include opening up new path and shaping new type of mode of innovation and entrepreneurship.
