高职教育发展的内卷化及其突破

Involution and Breakthrough in the Development of Higher Vocational Education

我国高职教育经历了从起步到快速发展的不平凡历程,发展至今,高职教育"吸引力不强"、"动力不足"、"供需不对应"困境日趋凸显,发展正陷入事实上的"内卷化"态势.对专业建设、课程设置、师资队伍建设及管理过程等方面的表现及原因进行分析,从制度创新、能力提升及社会认同等方面提出对策建议,以期帮助高职教育改变"无发展的增长"现状,推动其走出内卷化困境,实现健康、持续发展.

Higher vocational education has experienced an extraordinary journey from start-up to rapid development. At present,part of vocational colleges are faced with the dilemmas of lacking attraction,insufficient power,unbalance between supply and demand. The development of higher vocational education is encountering the ＂involution＂situation in fact. The paper analyzes the problem from the aspects of specialty construction,curriculum design,teacher team building and school management,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of mechanism innovation,capability improvement and social recognition,which are expected to be useful for breaking through the dilemma and realizing the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education.
