以学生为本视角下高校教学管理模式探究

教学管理是教学活动的核心,教学管理的水平直接影响到高校教学的质量.以学生为本教育管理理念的核心是教学管理过程中真正做到以学生为教学活动的主体,给予学生自主的发展空间,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新意识,促进学生全面发展.分析了以学生为本教学管理理念的内涵,着重探讨了现阶段高校教学管理中存在的问题,并指出应该从明确高校教学管理目的、完善高校教学管理制度和方法、更新教学管理观念等方面着手,构建以学生为本的教学管理新模式.

Teaching management is the core of teaching activities,and the level of teaching management directly affects the teaching quality in colleges and universities. The core of students oriented education management concept is truly taking students as the main body of teaching activities in the process of teaching management,giving students development space,stimulating students＇ interests in learning and innovation,and promoting the all-round development of students. The paper analyzes the connotation of student-oriented teaching management concept,discusses the existent problems in current teaching management of colleges and universities,and points out that we should build a new students oriented teaching management mode from the aspects of clearly defining the objective of teaching management in colleges and universities,improving the teaching management system and method,and updating the concept of teaching management.
