摘要
汽车仪表中使用的微小螺钉,由于其微小的特点,传统的热处理渗碳工艺不仅质量不稳定,而且生产成本高。文章对这种极浅层渗碳工艺方法进行了工艺试验,得到了温度为870℃渗碳,装炉量2kg,丙酮∶甲醇=2∶5,渗碳时间为14min的热处理工艺,通过这样处理的汽车仪表螺钉产品合格率超过90%,提高了产品质量的稳定性,降低了生产成本。
As the screw used in auto instrument is very tiny, traditional carburization heat treatment of the screw is unstable and costly. In this article, the experiment of extremely low-deep carburizing process was done , and the heat treatment process was derived as follows: The batch is 2kg ,under 870 Centigrade carburization; The ratio of acetone to methanol is 2:5; The time cost of carburization is 14 min. By using this new technology, the qualified rate of screw in auto instrument has increased to over 90 percent, while the stability of product quality is im-proved and the cost of production is reduced.
