附着龈重建对患者口腔种植修复效果的影响

Effect of Reconstruction of Attached Gingiva on Oral Implant Repair

目的分析附着龈重建对患者口腔种植修复效果的影响。方法抽取2015年5月~2017年1月本院接收的75例口腔种植修复患者,根据不同修复方法为依据展开分组:实验组(38例,采用附着龈重建),参照组(37例,采用常规牙龈缝合),对2组临床疗效展开比对。结果实验组修复有效率97.37%,明显高于参照组59.45%,(P<0.05);且2组有效角化黏膜宽度展开比对,差异明显,(P<0.05)。结论临床把附着龈重建有效应用于口腔种植修复中,可以确保口腔修复效果得以提升,明显改善口腔功能,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of gingival reconstruction effect of implant attachment on the patient's mouth. Methods From May 2015~2017 year in January the hospital received 75 cases of oral implants, according to different repair methods based on two groups: experimental group(38 cases, using the attached gingival reconstruction), control group(37 cases, conventional the gum, expansion suture) compared to the clinical curative effect of 2 groups. Results The effective rate was 97.37% in experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group repair, 59.45%(P < 0.05); and the 2 groups of effective width of keratinized mucosa on comparison, significant difference(P < 0.05) Conclusion Clinically, the reconstruction of the attached gingiva is effective in oral implant repair. It can ensure the effect of oral rehabilitation and improve the oral energy,which is of high clinical value
