摘要 采用不完全双列杂交设计,对新选育的16个玉米自交系进行配合力及遗传参数分析。配合力分析结果表明,自交系W_3、W_7、Q_4、Q_6、Q_7在降低株高、穗位高表现较好;W_1、W_4、Q_1在增加穗长、减少秃尖长表现较好;W_4、W_8、Q_4、Q_8在增加籽粒深度方面表现较好;W_1、Q_8在增加穗行数和行粒数方面表现较好;W_1、W_4、W_8、Q_1、Q_3在增加出籽率方面表现较好;W_1、W_4、W_5、Q_1、Q_4等在增加百粒重方面表现较好;W_1、W_4、W_5、Q_1、Q_4、Q_8在增加产量方面表现较好。遗传参数分析结果表明,穗长、秃尖长、穗行数宜在早代进行选择;株高、穗位高、出籽率、百粒重、单株产量适宜在晚代进行选择。 The combining ability and genetic parameters of 16 new maize inbred lines were analyzed by incomplete diallel cross design. The results of combining ability showed that the inbred lines W3, W7, Q4, Q6 and Q7 were better in reducing the plant height and ear height. Wj , W4 and Qj were better in increasing the ear length and reducing the sterile length. W4, W8, Q4 and Q8 were better in increasing the kernel depth. Wj and Q8 were better in increasing the row per ear and kernels per row. Wj , W4, W8, Qj and Q3 were better in increasing the see-ding rare. Wj, W4, W5, Qj and Q4 were better in increasing the 100-kernel weight. Wj, W4, W5, Q] , Q4 and Q8 were better in increasing the yield. The results of genetic parameters showed that ear length, sterile length, and row per ear should be selected in earlier generation. Plant height, ear height, seeding rare, 100-kemel weight and yield per plant should be selected in later generation.
