一种新型咪唑啉缓蚀剂的合成与复配缓蚀效果的评价 被引量:4

摘要 为了改善咪唑啉类缓蚀剂耐高温性能,满足油气井酸化施工需要,在一种新型咪唑啉缓蚀剂基础上,添加丙炔醇、碘化钾等助剂进行复配,得到一种具有抗高温性能的酸化缓蚀剂MZL-1,采用失重法测试MZL-1缓蚀性能,采用电化学测试和SEM、EDS等实验分析MZL-1缓蚀机理。结果表明∶在20.00%HCl、1.0%加量、90℃温度条件下,添加酸化缓蚀剂MZL-1的N80试片的腐蚀速率为1.30g/(m2·h)。腐蚀速率降低原因是MZL-1缓蚀剂分子吸附到碳钢表面,形成一层致密的吸附膜,阻碍侵蚀性离子和试片表面的接触,有效抑制钢铁试片在酸液中的腐蚀。 In order to improve the high temperature resistant performance of the imidazoline corrosion inhibitor and meet the needs of oil and gas well acidification treatment,propiolic alcohol,potassium iodide and other additive are compounded based on the synthesis of the new imidazoline,and then the acidizing corrosion inhibitor MZL-1 highly resistant to high temperature was obtained.The corrosion inhibition performance of MZL-1 was tested by weight loss method,and the corrosion inhibition mechanism ofMZL-1 was analyzed by electrochemical test,SEM,EDS and so on.Results show that the corrosion rate of N80 steel piece is 1.30 g/(m2·h)under the condition of 20.00% HCl,1.0% dosage,90 ℃.The main reason of the corrosion rate reduction is that there is a dense adsorption film formed by the adsorption of corrosion inhibitor MZL-1 molecular on carbon steel carbon steel surface,which hinders the contact of the corrosive ions and specimen surface,and then the corrosion of steel specimens in acid is restrained effectively.
