高校图书馆学科服务平台学科资源构建探讨

The Discussion of the Subject Database Construction of Universities' Library Subject Service Platform

图书馆的学科服务平台是学科资源与学科服务的集合体,资源的完备性关系到学科知识服务的满意度。985高校图书馆群学科服务平台的学科资源多采用学科指南形式制作和发布,且以各学科网络共享资源为主,未将馆藏电子数据库资源纳入,保障能力明显不足。同时,为馆藏电子数据库而建的导航系统中最主要的学科导航也存有诸多问题。提出通过搭建电子数据库资源的学科体系框架以指导各馆学科导航类表的设置,将完善后的以学科导航为主、其他导航方式为辅的数据库导航系统发布于学科指南,同时改学科指南为可视化形式呈现,以此实现完善学科平台、发挥数据库价值和满足用户对学科资源的需求等目的。

The subject service platform of university libraries is an aggregation of subject resources and services. The scale of the resources concerns the subject service satisfaction. According to the online research,985-Project universities have already built the subject service platform and adopted LibGuides to process and issue subject resources,they are short of the capability of maintenance due to limited Internet shared resources. Meanwhile,though most libraries already built the navigation system for their digital database. However,the subject navigation built for subject classification and guidance was not as good as expected. So users don＇t make full use of the database nor the platform. To visualize LibGuides and embed the improved navigation of subject database in the LibGuides,the subject platform should be improved to make use of the database and satisfy users＇ need for subject resources.
