摘要 为了能够实时、精确地获取电机的运行参数,文中提出了一种基于LabVIEW的电机实时在线监测系统。该系统通过传感器、信号调理电路实现了对电机电流、电压、扭矩、转速运行参数的获取,利用DSP处理器进行数据的采集和捕获,通过RS232串口通信将数据高速传输到上位机。上位机采用图形化界面LabVIEW实现了对电机运行状态的实时在线监测。实验证明:该系统测量精度高、实时性强、运行稳定可靠,适用于电机多参数的实时在线监测。 In order to be able to real-time accurate obtain the motor operating parameters,this paper presents a real-time online monitoring system based on LabVIEW. The system through sensor and signal conditioning circuit,motor current,voltage,torque and speed operating parameters were acquired.DSP processor was used to acquire and capture data,through RS232 serial communication,data was transferred to the host computer at high speed. The upper computer used the graphical interface LabVIEW to realize the on-line monitoring to the electrical machinery movement status. Experiments show the system has high measurement accuracy,real-time performance,stable and reliable operation,is applicable to high precision real-time online monitoring of motor.
