摘要
为了满足岩石强度特性实验对于电加热棒高精度恒温输出的控制要求,设计了以嵌入式ARM9和Linux为基础的温度控制系统。该系统硬件以嵌入式芯片S3C2440为主控核心;使用嵌入式Linux操作系统作为系统的软件开发平台。通过运用自适应遗传算法PID参数寻优的策略来实现对电加热棒恒温输出的高精密控制。实验验证了优化后的温度控制系统响应速度快,超调量小,控制精度高。
In order to meet the high precision control requirements of constant temperature output of the electric heating rod in rock intensity characteristics experiment,a temperature control system based on embedded ARM9 and Linux was designed.The hardware of the control system was based on the embedded chip S3 C2440,it was the main control core. The software used the embedded Linux operating system as the development platform. The adaptive genetic algorithm PID parameter optimization strategy was adopted to achieve the high precise control of the constant temperature output for electric heating rod. The experimental results show that the optimized temperature control system has fast response,small overshoot and high control precision.
