摘要
针对航空发动机叶片的传统装配特点,结合工业机器人的诸多优势,设计了一套基于串联机器人的叶片自动装配系统平台,在理论上实现了叶片自动化装配。运用有限元方法对典型部件进行静力学分析,验证系统平台的可行性。计算机械臂空间机构自由度,验证机构运动确定性。为提高叶片的装配质量、装配效率和缩短装配周期提供了有力保障。
Based on characteristics of traditional blades assembly of aero engine and advantages of industrial robots,a set of automatic blade assembly system platform w as designed by tandem robots to realize theoretically automatic blade assembly. The statics of classic assembly unit w as analyzed by afinite element method to verify feasibility of the system platform. The freedom degree of the manipulator space w as calculated to verify accuracy of the mechanicalmotion. This system provides a strong guarantee for the quality and efficiency of blade assembly and shortening the production period.
