Soil and water conservation monitoring is very important for the planning and the protection of national ecological environment construction. It is an important work in Sihong County to conduct the research of MSW incineration project,which is of great importance in protecting the natural environment of this area. The specific situation of water and soil conservation in Sihong County is analyzed,and the relevant monitoring methods are introduced. The countermeasures of soil and water conservation monitoring are expounded in order to ensure the monitoring effect in the aspects of improving the informatization of regional water and soil conservation monitoring,offering better monitoring status of soil and water conservation,and optimizing vegetation construction.
