Summary and Prospect of Top-level Design of Domestic Reform in the Present Ten Years

改革顶层设计是个政治改革新名词,是指对改革进行全局性、系统性和战略性的谋划。近十年来学术界主要围绕改革顶层设计的内涵特质、时代背景、实现逻辑等方面展开研究,取得了较为丰硕的成就。但也存在一些不足,需要进一步拓宽思路和深化研究,以期凝聚改革共识,为我国全面深化改革提供强大的精神动力和智力支持。

The top-level design of reform is a new term in political reform. It refers to an overall,systematic and strategic plan of reform. In the present ten years,researches by the academic circle mainly focus on the nature of connotation,historical background and logic of realization of top-level design of reform,with rich achievements having been achieved. However,there still exists some shortness. So,it is necessary to further broaden the thinking and deepen the researches so as to unify the consciousness as well as to provide a strong spiritual impetus and intellectual support for China＇s comprehensively deepening the reform.
