摘要
沙门菌中存在多种双组分信号转导系统(two-component signal transduction system,TCS),它们能够感应外界环境信号的变化,调控细菌的生物学特性。CpxAR系统是革兰阴性菌中普遍存在的TCS之一,近年来的研究证实CpxAR与沙门菌对多种药物耐药性的形成密切相关,且越来越多的研究试图阐明CpxAR调控沙门菌耐药性的调控机制。本文就CpxAR对沙门菌耐药性的调控作用的研究进展作以综述,旨在为科研人员更深入的研究提供思路和理论指引。
There are many kinds of two - component signal transduction systems in Salmonella, which can induce the change of the external environment signal and regulate the biological characteristics of the bacteria. Two - component signal transduction system CpxAR exists in Gram - negative bacteria widespreadly. It has been reported that CpxAR contributes to the resistance of Salmonella to many antibacterials. An increasing number of studies have attempted to elucidate the regulatory mechanism of CpxAR in regulating Salmonella resistance. In this paper,the research progress on the regulation of CpxAR on the drug resist-ance of Salmonella is briefly reviewed to provide ideas and theoretical guidance for further research.
