摘要 为明确拟南芥R2R3-MYB转录因子家族第22亚族基因AtMYB73在拟南芥抵抗盐胁迫过程中的功能,本研究将拟南芥野生型Col-0、AtMYB73基因的T-DNA插入突变体myb73和超表达突变体OE进行NaCl胁迫处理,检测突变体在NaCl胁迫下的种子萌发率、存活率及抗盐相关基因的表达情况。结果发现,在NaCl胁迫下,myb73突变体的种子萌发率、幼苗的存活率、成株时期的存活率及拟南芥抗盐相关基因MYB44、SOS2和SOS3的表达均明显低于野生型和超表达突变体,表明AtMYB73基因正调控拟南芥对盐胁迫的响应。 To clear the function of AtMYB73 gene,the 22nd subfamily gene in Arabidopsis R2R3-MYB transcription factor family,in Arabidopsis resistance to salt stress,the wild-type Col-0,AtMYB73 gene T-DNA insertion mutant myb73,and AtMYB73 gene overexpressing mutant OE were subjected to NaCl treatment.The seed germination rate,survival rate,and salt related gene expressions of Col-0,myb73,and OE were detected.It was found that the seed germination rate,survival rate of seedlings and adult-plants,and the expression of MYB44,SOS2 and SOS3 in the mutant myb73 were significantly lower than Col-0 and OE under NaCl treatment.These results showed that the AtMYB73 gene is positively regulating the response of Arabidopsis to salt stress.
