干旱胁迫对荆芥叶片电阻抗图谱参数及膜透性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以干旱胁迫下荆芥(Nepeta cataria)叶片为材料,测定其电阻抗图谱参数和膜透性的变化。通过膜透性与电阻抗图谱参数间的相关性,来证明电阻抗图谱法研究荆芥抗旱性的有效性。结果表明:随着干旱时间的增加,荆芥叶片的胞外电阻Re、弛豫时间和弛豫时间分布系数呈先上升、后下降的特征,胞内电阻Ri呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势。叶片细胞膜透性逐渐增大。相关分析表明:Ri与脯氨酸含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与脯氨酸含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01);与膜相对透性呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。由此可见,是测定荆芥耐旱性的有效参数。 Nepeta catarialeaves under drought stress were used as materials in order o measure the electrical impedance spectroscopy parameters and the change of membrane permeability.The membrane permeability and the correlation between electrical impedance spectroscopy parameters were used to prove the effectiveness of electrical impedance spectroscopy method in study of Nepeta cataria drought resistance.The results showed that with the increase of drought time,the characteristics of extracellular resistance,relaxed time and distribution coefficient of relaxation time of Nepetacatariafell after rising first,and the trend of intracellular resistance dropped before rising and falling.Cell membrane permeability of leaves increased gradually.Correlation analysis showed that the intracellular resistance and proline content were significantly negative correlated(P0.05);relaxation time was very significantly negative correlated with proline content and membrane relative permeability(P0.01).Thus,the relaxation time is an effective parameter for determination of Nepeta cataria drought resistance.
