摘要 研究方钢管再生骨料混凝土短柱轴压力学性能,以再生骨料取代率、含钢率和不同再生骨料种类为参数,通过试验观测试件的破坏形态,记录荷载—位移、荷载—应变、极限荷载等数据,分析了3种影响因素对试件力学性能的影响。试验结果表明方钢管再生骨料混凝土短柱的最终破坏形态与普通钢管混凝土相似,随着再生骨料取代率的增大,钢管再生骨料混凝土刚度增大,承载力逐渐降低,在实际工程中建议再生砖骨料取代率控制在30%以内;随着含钢率的增大,试件抵抗变形的能力越强,承载力越高。 The experiment aims to study the short column axial compression performance of recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tubes with recycled aggregate replacement ratio,steel ratio and different sources of recycled aggregate as parameters.Through the test,the failure process and mode have been observed,and the load-displacement curves,ultimate load,and load-strain curves have been recorded to analyze the effect of three factors on the mechanical properties of the specimens.Experimental results showed that the final failure mode of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tubular short column is similar to ordinary concrete filled steel tube.Along with the increase of recycled aggregate ratio,the stiffness of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube increased accordingly,and the bearing capacity gradually reduced.The paper advises that the practical engineering should control the recycled brick aggregate within 30%.With the increase of steel ratio,specimen has stronger deformation resistance,better ductility,and higher bearing capacity.
