摘要 目的检测基质金属蛋白酶11(MMP-11)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌中的表达,探讨两者表达的相关性及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测72例结肠癌患者肿瘤组织及20例癌旁正常组织中MMP-11和VEGF的表达。结果 MMP-11和VEGF在72例结肠癌中表达的阳性率分别为63.89%(46/72)和69.44%(50/72),与20例正常结肠组织中表达阳性率(分别为20.00%和10.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-11和VEGF的过表达与结肠癌的TNM分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。在结肠癌组织中MMP-11与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 MMP-11和VEGF的异常表达与结肠癌的发生发展密切相关,联合检测两者的表达可作为临床早期诊断、监测转移及预后情况的依据。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-11(MMP-11) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in colon carcinoma and analyze the correlation between the two. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of MMP-11 and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma tissues of 72 patients and 20 specimens of paracancerous normal colon tissues, and the correlations between the expressions and the clinical features of colon carcinoma were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in positive expression rates of MMP-11 and VEGF between the colon carcinoma tissues and the adjacent normal tissues(63.89% vs 20.00% for MMP-11, P < 0.05; and 69.44% vs 10.00% for VEGF, P <0.05). The expressions of MMP-11 and VEGF in the colon carcinoma tissues were correlated with differentiation degree, TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis of the colon carcinoma(P < 0.05). The MMP-11 expression was positively correlated with VEGF expression in the colon carcinoma tissues(P < 0.05). Conclusions The expressions of MMP-11 and VEGF are closely associated with the development of colon carcinoma. Combined detection of MMP-11 and VEGF expressions in colon carcinoma can predict the metastasis and prognosis of the patients,and provide the basis for clinical targeted therapy.
