推脊通督法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type by a Manipulative Therapy

对椎动脉型颈椎病的患者采用推脊通督推拿手法治疗,与针刺治疗组进行比较,观察两组临床疗效。治疗后,推脊通督推拿手法治疗组有效率为95%,针刺对照组的总有效率为82%,治疗组总有效率和治愈率明显优于对照组。推脊通督推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,手法安全,效果确切,简洁灵活,是对中医传统疗法的传承。

A manipulative therapy was adopted to the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,the curative effect was compared to that of the acupuncture treatment group,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed. After treatment,the effective rate of the manipulative therapy group was 95% and the total effective rate of the acupuncture control group was 82%,showing that the total effective rate and curative rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group. The manipulative therapy for treating cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by pushing the spine up and down has safe,effective,simple and flexible characteristics,being the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
