随着经济的不断发展,我国对教育领域的改革力度逐渐增强。教育改革的深化,也对高校公共英语的教育问题提出了新的要求,要加快完善高校公共英语教师的职业化发展。因此,高校公共英语教师需要从自身发展以及外部的发展中,依照全新的教育理念、原则,努力建立新的教学方案。

With the continuous development of economy,China＇s reform in the education field gradually increases.The deepening of educational reform also puts forward new requirements for the education of public English in colleges and universities and accelerates the improvement of the professional development of public English teachers in colleges and universities. Therefore,the college public English teachers need strive to establish a new teaching program from their own development and external development in accordance with the new educational philosophy and principles. This article mainly analyzes the factors that restrict the professional development of public English teachers in colleges and universities,and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the professional development of public English teachers in colleges and universities.
