摘要
基于长沙市2010—2013年逐日日平均电力负荷资料及同时段逐日气象观测资料,利用统计方法对分离出社会经济因素对电力负荷的影响,在此基础上构建电力负荷与气象因子之间的关系模型,并基于该模型和对比分析法对长沙市电力调度的气象服务效益进行评估,最终得出2010—2013年长沙市电力调度的气象服务效益值为2.77亿元。
Using data of average daily power load and corresponding meteorological data for 2010-2013 in Changsha City, the influence of social and economic factors on power load has been eliminated by statistical methods. Then, the relationship model between electric power load and meteorological factors has been established, and the meteorological service benefit to electric dispatching in Changsha has been assessed by using comparative analysis method, The results show that the meteorological service benefit to electric dispatching is 277 million yuan for 2010-2013 in Changsha.
