氯吡格雷致牙龈出血1例在临床中的体会探讨

目的研究氯吡格雷致牙龈出血的患者1例,探讨在心脑血管诊治中的理论。方法选取1例氯吡格雷致牙龈出血的患者,分析病情的演变、给予的各种检查、诊治的过程,明确氟吡格雷导致牙龈出血的原因。结果氯吡格雷导致牙龈出血并不罕见,但实际临床中对这种现象缺乏足够的重视和防范,单用及联合其他药物使用是安全的。结论心脑血管医师应高度警觉是否会有这样的患者出现,基层全科医师更要保持警惕,加强用药不良反应的监测和记录,对联合用药注意观察。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of 1 patients with gingival bleeding caused byclopidogrel.Methods 1 patients with gingival bleeding caused by clopidogrel were selected.The evolution of thedisease,a variety of examination,the process of diagnosis and treatment is analyzed.And fi nd out the cause of gingivalbleeding caused by the clopidogrel.Results Gingival bleeding caused by the clopidogrel is not rare.But in actualclinical practice,it is not enough to pay attention to this phenomenon,and not to take preventive measures,singleuse and combined with other drug use is safe.Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular physicians shouldbe highly vigilant whether there will be such a patient.Primary general medical practitioner should be vigilant andstrengthen the monitoring and recording of adverse drug reactions,pay attention to observe the drug combination.
