摘要
目的 探讨开展口腔健康教育对青岛农村小学生口腔卫生状况、口腔健康知识以及行为等方面的效果分析.方法 选择2014年03月 ~2015年03月小学生300名作为此次实验的研究对象.采用随机数表法完成临床分组.观察组(150名)口腔健康教育;对照组(150名):不给予干预措施;对比学生口腔卫生状况.结果 完成12个月的口腔健康教育干预后,在患龋率方面,观察组明显低于对照组小学生(P〈0.05);在对口腔疾病知识认知率方面,观察组明显优于对照组小学生(P〈0.05).结论 针对儿童展开口腔健康教育,最终可以将儿童的口腔卫生状况进行有效改善,将儿童口腔健康知识行为以及口腔卫生行为显著改善,最终显著提高小学生的健康水平以及生活质量.
Objective To investigate the oral health education of Qingdao rural pupils oral hygiene status, theeffect of oral health knowledge and behavior analysis. Methods The observation group (150) oral health education;The control group (150) : don't give interventions; Contrast oral health condition of students. Results Aftercompleted 12 months of oral health education intervention, in terms of risk of caries rate, the observation group pupilssignifi cantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05); In terms of swot analysis of oral disease knowledge, observationgroup was better than control group students (P〈0.05). Conclusion According to children's oral health education,fi nally can effectively improve oral health status of the children, the children's oral health knowledge and oral healthbehavior improved signifi cantly, eventually improve pupils' health level and quality of life.
