窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆在预防儿童龋齿中的应用效果评价

The effect of nest ditch seal technique combining fluor protector to prevent childhood caries

目的 探讨窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆在预防儿童龋齿中的应用效果.方法 在医院2014年10月～2015年2月在我院体检的健康儿童中抽取78例作为研究对象并在遵守随机抽签原则下实施分组,治疗组（n=39）应用窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆方案预防龋齿,对照组（n=39）则单纯行窝沟封闭术,对比2组患儿的龋齿、邻面龋发生率以及封闭剂脱落率.结果 治疗组儿童的龋齿、邻面龋发生率是5.13%、2.56%,封闭剂脱落率是5.13%;对照组儿童的龋齿、邻面龋发生率是17.95%、12.82%,封闭剂脱落率是28.21%;2组观察指标的组间对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆在预防儿童龋齿中的应用效果肯定,可降低儿童龋齿、邻面龋发生率,并降低封闭剂脱落的概率,值得借鉴.

Objective To discuss the effect of nest ditch seal technique combining fluor protector to prevent childhood caries.Methods Choosed 78 cases of childhood caries from Oct.2014 to Dec.2015 to divide into study group and controlled group with 39 cases in each.The study group were treated with nest ditch seal technique combining fluor protector.the controlled group were treated with nest ditch seal technique only.Compared the incidence of caries and sealing agent dropping.Results The incidence of caries and approximal caries of study group were 5.13%and 2.56%,the incidence of sealing agent dropping was 5.13%.The incidence of caries and approximal caries of controlled group were 17.95%and 12.82%,the incidence of sealing agent dropping was 28.21%.Conclusion Using nest ditch seal technique combining fluor protector in preventing childhood caries is effective to decrease incidence of caries and approximal caries to extend.
