摘要
已有研究证实在没有对牙合牙存在的情况下,牙齿会继发性生长,同时牙槽骨和牙骨质及根尖周组织发生重建,在此过程中细胞外基质中某些相关基因发生很大变化。但是目前我们对这些分子调控机制不甚清楚,本文就牙齿继发性生长根尖周组织中的高表达基因结构特征、生理功能进行综述。
Studies have confirmed that in the absence of teeth, the jaw teeth will grow secondarily.At the same time, Alveolar bone、cementum and periapical tissue reconstruct; besides, some genes in the extracellular matrix change greatly. But we are unclear about these molecular regulation mechanism at present, In this review, the gene structure characteristics、physiological functions of the high expression genes were described.
