正畸与修复联合治疗50例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的效果观察

The effect observation of orthodontic and the joint treatment of 50 cases associated with dentition defect repair with teeth micromaxillary deformity

目的浅谈正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的效果。方法选取牙列缺损伴有牙颌畸形的患者50例,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用修复治疗,实验组采用正畸与修复联合治疗。结果正畸与修复联合治疗效果优于仅采用修复治疗,差异有统计学意义。结论二者结合克服了单一治疗方法的局限性,可获得良好治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repair of dentition defect with jaw deformity. Methods 50 patients with dentition defect were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with repair.The experimental group was treated with orthodontic treatment. Results the treatment effect of orthodontic treatment was better than that of repair only,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion the combination of the two methods can overcome the limitation of single therapy,and can obtain good therapeutic effect.
