微型可吸收板用于治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的临床效果 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察可吸收板治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的临床效果.方法 选取我科2013年1月~2015年12月收治的颧骨颧弓骨折患者39例作为研究对象.采用头皮半冠状切口在直视下行可吸收板钉坚强内固定.结果 运用该方法面形恢复良好,张口度恢复正常,咬合关系良好,复视症状消除,术后3、6个月X线检查骨折断端愈合良好.结论 采用头皮半侧冠状切口使用可吸收板钉坚强内固定技术固定颧骨骨断端可靠准确,较传统治疗方法更加简单.
