连续波热牙胶充填技术在后牙弯曲根管治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨连续波热牙胶充填技术在后牙弯曲根管治疗中的应用价值.方法选取我院2014年7月~2015年10月收治的后牙弯曲根管患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例.对照组患者采用冷牙胶侧压法治疗,观察组患者采用连续波热牙胶充填法治疗,对比两组患者的充填时间及充填效果.结果观察组充填优良率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P〈0.05),观察组充填时间为(61.2±5.3)s,明显短于对照组的(185.4±13.7)s(P〈0.05).观察组适充率明显高于对照组,欠充率明显低于对照组(P〈0.05).结论连续波热牙胶充填技术治疗后牙弯曲根管具有充填时间短、充填效果确切等优点,值得临床推广应用.
