连续波热牙胶充填技术在后牙弯曲根管治疗中的应用被引量：3

摘要目的探讨连续波热牙胶充填技术在后牙弯曲根管治疗中的应用价值.方法选取我院2014年7月～2015年10月收治的后牙弯曲根管患者90例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例.对照组患者采用冷牙胶侧压法治疗,观察组患者采用连续波热牙胶充填法治疗,对比两组患者的充填时间及充填效果.结果观察组充填优良率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的80.00%（P〈0.05）,观察组充填时间为（61.2±5.3）s,明显短于对照组的（185.4±13.7）s（P〈0.05）.观察组适充率明显高于对照组,欠充率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论连续波热牙胶充填技术治疗后牙弯曲根管具有充填时间短、充填效果确切等优点,值得临床推广应用.
