坚固内固定技术在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床应用分析

Clinical application of rigid internal fixation in the treatment of jaw fracture

目的 探讨坚固内固定技术在颌骨骨折治疗过程中的应用效果和价值.方法 选取我院2007年1月～2016年1月收治的颌骨骨折患者44例为研究对象,采用平均分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,各22例.其中观察组采用手术切开复位,以及使用小型和微型的钛板坚固内固定技术的治疗方式,对照组采用颌间固定的方式进行治疗,经过一段时间的治疗,比较两组患者的康复程度.结果 经过治疗后,采用坚固内固定技术治疗的观察组的情况明显好于仅仅采用颌间固定治疗的对照组,两组患者治疗结果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 这种治疗方式改变了传统的颌骨骨折治疗方法,其具有效果可靠、操作简单以及对位精准等优势,能够保证患者尽早的进行生理活动,因此值得广大医疗机构推广使用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and value of rigid internal fixation in thetreatment of jaw fracture. Methods 44 patients with jaw fracture treated in our hospital from January 2016to January 2007 were divided into two groups. The patients were divided into the observation group and thecontrol group, 22 cases in each group. Which in the observation group were treated with open reduction, anduse small and miniature titanium plate rigid internal fi xation technique in the treatment, the control group weretreated with intermaxillary fixation way, after a period of treatment, compared two groups of patients withdegree of recovery. Results After treatment, the use of rigid internal fi xation technique in the treatment ofthe patients in the observation group were significantly better than merely using intermaxillary fixation forthe treatment of patients in the control group, the treatment, the patients in the two groups the difference hasstatistical signifi cance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment changed the traditional treatment of jaw fracturemethod. It has reliable effect, simple operation and accurate contraposition advantage, can ensure the patientsas early as possible the physiological activities, so it is worthy of our medical institutions to promote the use of.
