摘要
目的研究利用热牙胶不同充填方法对根管的充填效果。方法选取因牙周病和(或)正畸拔除的发育成熟的单根管离体牙40颗,随机分成4组,根管预备以后分别采用冷牙胶侧方加压法、热牙胶垂直加压法、热塑牙胶注射加压法和超声振动侧向加压法进行根管充填。每个根管分别在距离根尖2、5、7 mm处横断,通过图像处理软件分析根管横断面积和牙胶充填的区域,计算出牙胶充填相关数据。结果冷牙胶侧方加压组和超声侧压组的百分比显著低于另外两组(P<0.05),热牙胶垂直加压组和热塑牙胶注射加压组之间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且与根管充填的深度也无明显相关性(P>0.05)。热牙胶垂直加压组和热塑牙胶注射加压组的百分比在7 mm和2 mm处明显大于冷压胶侧压和超声侧压组(P<0.05);在5 mm处几种热牙胶充填的百分比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)超声侧压组的热牙胶充填面积百分比与根管深度明显相关(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压法和热塑牙胶注射加压法充填后牙胶密度高,在7 mm和2 mm处优于超声振动侧压法,超声振动侧压法充填质量与根管深度紧密相关。
Objective The effect of different filling methods on root canal filling was studied.Methods Selected because of periodontal disease and (or) orthodontics were mature root canal of 40extracted teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups, respectively, after root canal preparation using guttapercha, warm gutta-percha condensation method, thermoplastic gutta percha injection pressure method andultrasonic vibration lateral compression method to root Guan Chongtian. Each root canal in the apical 2 and5 respectively, 7 mm transection, through image processing software to analyze the root canal cross-sectionalarea and gutta percha fi lling area, fi lling data calculation to.Resulst Cold lateral condensation group and thepercentage of ultrasonic pressure group was signifi cantly lower than the other two groups (P〈0.05), betweenthe hot gutta percha vertical compression group and thermoplastic gutta percha injection compression group,the difference was not statistically signifi cant (P〉0.05), and Guan Chongtian root depth had no signifi cantcorrelation (P〉0.05). Hot gutta percha vertical compression group and the percentage of thermoplastic guttapercha injection compression group at 7 mm and 2 mm was significantly higher than that of cold pressingadhesive side and ultrasonic pressure group (P〈0.05); the percentage of 5 mm of several hot gutta percha,there was no statistically signifi cant difference (P〉0.05) hot gutta percha fi lling ultrasound lateral group fi llthe area percentage and root canal depth correlation (P〈0.05).Conclusion Warm vertical condensationand Obtura Ⅱ produce significantly higher percentage of gutta-percha-filled areas than ultrasonic lateralcondensation and cold lateral condensation techniques.
