米诺环素与甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨在治疗慢性牙周炎时采用米诺环素联合甲硝唑的疗效.方法 选取2014年7月~2016年1月我院收治的慢性牙周炎患者88例作为研究对象,将其分为研究组和对照组,各44例.对照组应用甲硝唑凝胶附着治疗,研究组同时应用甲硝唑、米诺环素治疗.分别记录两组患者治疗疗效和牙周指数变化.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.18%(41/44),明显高于对照组的72.73%(32/44).同时研究组患者治疗后牙龈指数、牙龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度均明显低于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 利用米诺环素联合甲硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效较为突出,并且可以有效降低各牙周指数.
