正畸联合修复治疗牙列间隙的应用价值评估

Evaluation of application value of orthodontic combined repair in the treatment of dentition gap

目的研究正畸联合修复治疗牙列间隙的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年1月~2015年2月收治的牙列间隙患者65例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将其分为正畸＋修复组33例和修复组32例。修复组进行单纯修复治疗,正畸＋修复组实施正畸联合修复治疗。对两组患者舒适美观、咀嚼能力、面部形态、稳固性评分和总有效率进行比较。结果正畸＋修复组总有效率高于修复组（P〈0.05）。正畸＋修复组患者舒适美观、咀嚼能力、面部形态、稳固性评分均高于修复组（P〈0.05）。结论正畸联合修复治疗牙列间隙的应用价值高,可有效提高修复效果,改善咀嚼功能和面部形态,美观性良好,稳固性高,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value of orthodontic treatment of dentition clearance.Methods The research data in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were treated 65 cases of patients with dentition clearance, according to the random number table method, divided into 2 groups, orthodontic repair and repair group. The repair group of simple repair of orthodontic treatment; group received orthodontic treatment. Two groups were comfortable and beautiful, chewing ability, facial morphology, stability score and total ef？ ciency were compared.Results The total ef？ ciency is higher than that of group orthodontic repair group, P〈0.05. orthodontic patients comfortable and beautiful, chewing ability, facial morphology, firmness scores were higher than that of repair conclusion 0.05. group, P〈0.05.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of dentition clearance of high application value, can effectively improve the repair effect, improve masticatory function and facial appearance, good appearance, high stability, worth extension.
